Delivery Options & Charges

All consignments are charged as per the map below. All items are insured and sent by either Courier, Parcelforce Worldwide or Royal Mail. Allow up to 7 days for delivery in Zones A & B and allow up to 14 days for Zone C. All goods are delivered direct to your door and require a signature upon delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES FOR OVERSEAS
Shipping costs vary from country to country. If you live outside of Zones A, B & C please email lyn@sutterton-caravans.co.uk with details of the products you require and we shall calculate a price and send you a quote.

COURIER UPGRADES
Upgrades are available providing the items are in stock at the time of purchase and you live in either Zone A or B.

Express, Next Day and Saturday service are available to people living in Zone A
Express service is available to people in Zone B. Next Day and Saturday service is not available.
Upgrades are not available to people living in Zone C

EXPRESS	Rapid delivery service within 48 hours (Mon-Fri only). Orders must be received by 12:00 noon (orders placed after noon will be dispatched the following day) NB: Not available in some areas of the Scottish Highlands, where Express is up to 4 working days	£9.95

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
For your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original packaging to us, accompanied with the receipt/invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund - no hassles, for your total peace of mind.

PRICES & VAT
All prices displayed are in £'s sterling and include VAT at 20%.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: MasterCard / Visa / Switch / Solo / Delta. We do not accept cash through the post and ‘SUTTERTON CARAVANS LTD' will not be held responsible for any losses.

GUARANTEE
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.

STOCK LEVELS
Although we aim to hold all items in stock there are times when a product is more popular than we expected. If this happens we shall inform you of any delay and you will receive notification of an alternative delivery date. There are also times when our suppliers are experiencing difficulties with popular items, again, if this happens you will receive notification of an alternative product, expected delivery date or a full refund.

FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, we must be advised within 48 hours of receipt. Replacements/Refunds will be sent on receipt of faulty item.
